I used to be scared of carbs—I thought they were the reason I couldn’t lose fat. So I cut them low, ate less, and chased quick results. It worked at first, but it always backfired. I felt low on energy, my workouts suffered, and I stayed stuck. I later learned that avoiding carbs can negatively impact your hormones, performance, and overall results. That’s when I realized real progress comes from fueling your body properly—not fearing food.
